General This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the “Agreement) form a binding agreement between you and Trévo, LLC (“Trévo, LLC”). The website www.trevoelite.com (“Site”) is owned and operated by Trévo, LLC. These Terms apply to the Site and all products, programs and services offered by Trévo, LLC. Your acceptance of these terms By using this Site, you agree to comply and be bound by these Terms and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms. Please read all of the Terms carefully before using this website. Trévo, LLC reserves the right to update and modify, within reason, these Terms at any time.  We encourage you to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed of such changes.  Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Limited License to You: This Site and all the materials available on the Site are the property of Trévo, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal noncommercial use. You may not use the Site, products or materials available on the Site in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or that has not been authorized by us. All material information shared on this site including affiliate courses and products are not to be reproduced, republished, transmitted or distributed in any manner, electronic or mechanical.

Limitation of liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRÉVO, LLC, OR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, INCLUDING ITS MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, COMMUNICATIONS SENT TO YOU VIA THIS SITE, INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE, OR THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE.  YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND INDEMNIFY TRÉVO, LLC FROM AND AGAINST ALL LIABILITIES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE OR ANY OF ITS CONTENT OR THE PRESENT TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE AND THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND/OR MATERIALS.

PRIVACY POLICY

Protection of personal information

We take your interest in how your information is collected and used seriously and we are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Trévo, LLC collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the Site. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Trévo, LLC. We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users subscribe to our newsletter and in connection with other activities, services, programs or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, billing/shipping/mailing address and credit card information, for product purchases.  We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Web browser cookies

Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, which are then saved on the User’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. You may choose to set your web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

How we use collected information

Trévo, LLC collects and uses Users personal information for the following purposes:

  1. To process transactions: We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.2. To administer content, promotion, survey or other Site feature
  2. To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
  3. To send periodic emails
  4. The email address Users provide for order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.

Refund policy

Users are invited to read the product, program or service description and ensure they possess all technological requirements for viewing and using these products, programs or services. There are no refunds. Please contact us at internationalsupport@trevocorporate.com prior to purchase if you have any questions about any products, programs or services.

Product Guarantee

Trévo offers a sixty (60) day product replacement guarantee on any defective product to all customers, Elite Customers, and Life and Health Coaches. Returns by Elite Customers Every Trévo Life and Health Coach is bound to honor the customer guarantee. If, for any reason, a customer is dissatisfied with any Trévo product, the customer may return the unused portion of the product to the Life and Health Coach from whom it was purchased within sixty (60) days for product replacement.  If a customer returns a product to the Life and Health Coach from whom it was purchased, the Life and Health Coach may return it to the company for an exchange. All products returned by customers must be returned to the company with ten (10) days from the date on which it was returned to the Life and Health Coach, along with the sales receipt that the Life and Health Coach gave to the customer. A customer who makes a purchase of $25.00 or more has three (3) business days (72 hours) after the sale to cancel the order and receive a full refund consistent with the cancellation notice on the order form. When a Life and Health Coach makes a sale or takes an order from a customer who cancels or requests a refund within the 72-hour period, the Life and Health Coach must promptly refund the customer’s money, as long as the products are returned to the company in substantially as good condition as when received. Additionally, Life and Health Coaches must orally inform customers of their right to rescind a purchase or an order with 72 hours, and ensure that the date of the order or purchase is entered on the order form or receipts. All customers must be provided with two (2) copies of an official Trévo sales receipt at the time of the sales. The back of the receipts provide the customer with written notice of his or her rights to cancel the sales transaction.  If an Elite Customer is dissatisfied with any Trévo product, he or she may return that product to the company within sixty (60) days for product replacement.
